As part of our efforts to prevent further disruption caused by the earlier system error, we have temporarily disabled the ability to pay for lessons using account credits. During this time, lesson bookings can only be completed using card payment.
This temporary measure has been put in place to prevent accidentally using credits that were incorrectly refunded following the issue identified yesterday.
Our developers will be correcting affected account balances on Monday and restoring learner credits to their correct amounts.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding while we complete the fix and return the system to normal operation.
