At approximately 8:20pm on 11/6/26, following a system patch update, we experienced an unexpected error which incorrectly caused a number of previously completed lessons to be marked as cancelled and refunded to user accounts as credits.
We sincerely apologise for the confusion and inconvenience this has caused.
A fix is currently being implemented to restore affected lessons back to their correct completed status. If you were impacted, you may have received SMS and/or email notifications incorrectly advising of lesson cancellations and credit refunds.
Please note that any lesson bookings made using credits issued during this period will be cancelled as part of restoring accounts to their previous state.
Thank you for your patience and understanding while we work to resolve this issue and return all affected accounts to normal as quickly as possible.
